Membership terms

Terms of membership.

These English-language terms explain how codemmunity memberships, access, and community participation work. Last updated 22 August 2026.

1. The service

codemmunity is an independent, English-language community for people building apps, websites, tools, and other projects with AI-assisted workflows. The service includes the membership features shown for the plan selected at checkout, such as private community access, resources, feedback, live sessions, or focused Mentorship support.

codemmunity is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Codex, Discord, Stripe, or any other AI-tool provider. Members use any third-party tools and accounts under their own agreements with those providers.

2. Memberships and billing

Community, Builder, and Mentorship are recurring monthly memberships. The current plan price, currency, billing interval, and total shown in Stripe Checkout before you confirm are the terms that apply to your purchase. Mentorship is available only after an accepted application.

Billing is handled through Stripe. Available Billing Portal actions, such as invoices, payment-method updates, or cancellation, depend on the configuration for your plan. See Cancellation & refunds for the current cancellation and statutory-rights information.

3. Access and accounts

Access begins after payment confirmation and remains linked to the membership while it is active. A member uses their own email account to sign in and connects their own Discord account to access the private community. Membership access is personal and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used to give unapproved people access.

Keep your account, Discord identity, devices, and credentials secure. Never post API keys, passwords, private client data, or confidential code in the community. We may restrict access where this is necessary to protect members, the service, or third-party rights.

4. Support boundaries

Community includes the shared Discord space, Member Library, templates, discussion, feedback, and the published community format. Builder adds the guided Build & Ship Path, live Build Clinics, and peer-pod format. Mentorship includes the personal support stated for that plan.

Membership is not a promise of unlimited private support, done-for-you development, revenue, employment, investment, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your project decisions, security review, testing, compliance, deployments, and use of AI-generated output.

5. Community conduct

Treat other members respectfully. Do not harass, discriminate, spam, impersonate, solicit through unsolicited messages, share harmful exploits, or post unlawful, infringing, or confidential material. Follow the server rules and staff moderation decisions that help keep the community useful and safe.

We may remove content, limit access, or end a membership for serious or repeated violations, abuse, fraud, security concerns, or legal reasons. Where practical, we will explain the reason for a material moderation decision.

6. Member content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of content you create and share, subject to any rights you grant to third-party platforms. By posting in codemmunity, you give us the limited right to host, display, and share that content within the service as needed to operate and moderate the community. Only post material you have the right to share.

Do not copy, redistribute, sell, scrape, or publish the Member Library, recordings, templates, or other members' private content outside the service without permission. We may update, replace, or retire resources as the community develops.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to operate a useful and reliable service, but live sessions, tools, resources, and third-party platforms can change or occasionally be unavailable. We may improve the service and make reasonable changes to its format. If a change materially reduces an active paid membership, we will communicate it appropriately.

8. Contact, language, and statutory rights

For questions about these terms, contact support@codemmunityhq.com. Mandatory consumer rights and other rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

These terms are provided in English for codemmunity's English-language service.
