Memberships are billed monthly. Where the Stripe Billing Portal offers self-service cancellation for your plan, you can cancel from your member account. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, so your member and Discord access continue until then.
If you cannot access your account, email support@codemmunityhq.com from the address connected to your membership. We can help with a cancellation request, but do not send payment-card details by email.
Refunds and partial periods
codemmunity does not advertise an automatic refund guarantee or automatic partial-period refunds after a cancellation. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us promptly with your membership email and the relevant invoice details so we can review it.
Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer protections or statutory refund and withdrawal rights that may apply to you.
Statutory withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, tell us, Michael Reimer, Am Langenbach 10, 48308 Senden, Germany, email: support@codemmunityhq.com, by a clear statement, for example by letter or email, that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You may use the form below, but you do not have to.
To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. You will not incur any fee for that reimbursement.

Discord access alone is not treated as an automatic waiver of withdrawal rights. A right of withdrawal can expire only where all legal requirements have been met.
Plan changes
Community and Builder plan changes are handled through support during the initial launch. Mentorship requires an accepted application and is not a self-service upgrade.
